Skin360AI is a skin-spot photo-record and follow-up service operated by Walia Medical Pty Ltd (ABN 52158069080). Optional doctor photo reviews are provided by Dr Rupinder Singh Walia, an AHPRA-registered General Practitioner (Registration MED0001647256) with a special interest in skin cancer medicine.
The free pathway helps you create a baseline photograph for one skin spot and keep later photographs connected to the same record. It can provide a non-diagnostic summary and reminders chosen by you.
Skin360AI is not a diagnosis, an automated all-clear, a whole-skin examination or a replacement for in-person care. A photograph cannot rule skin cancer in or out. A clinician may need to examine the spot with dermoscopy and may recommend biopsy or other care.
To use the service yourself you must be at least 18 years of age, located in Australia, and able to provide accurate information and suitable photographs. A parent or legal guardian must act for a person under 18.
You submit a baseline photo, body location and relevant information for one spot. You may choose a reminder and add a later comparable photograph to the same record. The free pathway does not include continuous doctor surveillance and does not mean a doctor is watching your skin.
We may use software, including AI, to guide photo capture, organise the record and produce a non-diagnostic summary. Software output is not a medical decision and must not be used as an all-clear. How information is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
You may separately request a $49 doctor review of the submitted spot photographs and information. This is a limited online review, not dermoscopy or a whole-skin examination. The doctor may advise monitoring, an in-person GP or skin-cancer clinic examination, or another appropriate next step. Where clinically appropriate, the advice may include a GP or specialist handoff.
The baseline and monitoring pathway is free unless a paid option is clearly selected. The doctor photo review is a one-off $49 service with no recurring charge. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store complete card details.
Refund conditions for the doctor review are set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to provide accurate information, submit photographs of the intended spot, protect access to your record and seek in-person care promptly if a spot is new, changing, bleeding, painful, persistently itchy, not healing or concerning. Do not wait for a reminder, software result or photo review when you are worried.
Skin360 is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 000. For anything changing or worrying, see your GP or a skin cancer clinic in person.
We handle your personal and health information, including your photos, in accordance with our Skin360AI Privacy Policy.
We may change, pause or discontinue features and reminder delivery. You must not rely on Skin360AI as the only way you check or obtain care for your skin. If the service is unavailable, seek appropriate care through your GP, skin-cancer clinic or emergency services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version here. Changes apply to use of the service after the updated terms are published.
