Skin360AI is built around one useful connection: the same patient, the same skin area, the next photograph and the treating practice when a practice is involved.

What Skin360AI is

A structured photo record for adults who want to keep track of moles, marks, lumps, sores, patches or other skin areas over time. It keeps later photographs connected to the right spot instead of leaving patients with scattered camera-roll images.

If you start as a patient

  1. Choose the mole, mark, lump, sore, patch or other skin area you want to watch.
  2. Take a clear photograph and save it to a private record.
  3. Add more spots if there are several areas you want to monitor.
  4. Receive a reminder when it is time to photograph a saved spot again.
  5. Use the photo timeline when speaking with your GP or skin cancer clinic.

The free public pathway is a photo record and reminder service. It is not continuous medical supervision.

If your practice invites you

  1. Your doctor records the skin area and chooses the clinical plan.
  2. A private invitation connects you to the exact practice, patient and spot record.
  3. You submit the follow-up photograph from home when due.
  4. The photograph returns to the same clinical timeline for practice review.

What the software helps with

What Skin360AI does not do

Measured honestly

The photo-monitoring workflow is in early rollout. We do not publish performance claims for automated change analysis because genuine repeat-image and clinician-decision evidence is not yet sufficient. Clinical decisions remain with the treating doctor.

If a spot is new, changing, bleeding, painful, growing, not healing or simply worries you, do not wait for a reminder. Arrange an in-person assessment with your GP or a skin cancer clinic.

What to expect from a $49 doctor photo review

  1. Submit clear, well-lit photographs of one spot and answer the relevant history questions.
  2. Dr Walia reviews the submitted record and provides written next-step advice.
  3. The advice may be to continue an agreed monitoring plan or arrange an in-person GP, skin-cancer clinic or specialist assessment.

Limits: the review is not dermoscopy, a biopsy, a diagnosis, an all-clear or a whole-skin examination. If photographs are not usable for the requested review, the refund guarantee applies.

Worried about a mole, mark or changing skin area?

Most skin-cancer advice tells you to watch for change. Skin360AI helps you keep photos of one or more spots connected over time. A spot can be a mole, freckle, mark, lump, sore, patch or any skin area you want to watch. It is not a diagnosis and cannot rule skin cancer in or out.

If a lesion is new, changing, bleeding, non-healing or worrying you, arrange an in-person GP or skin-cancer clinic assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Does Skin360AI diagnose skin cancer?

No. A photograph and software cannot diagnose or exclude skin cancer. See a clinician in person for a diagnosis and whenever a spot concerns you.

What happens when my practice invites me?

The private invitation connects your follow-up photograph to the exact practice, patient and lesion record selected by your doctor.

Can I start without a practice invitation?

Yes. Adults can create a free photo record and reminders. The public pathway is a record service, not continuous medical supervision.

Who makes the clinical decision?

The treating doctor. Skin360AI organises the record and follow-up but does not make referral, biopsy or treatment decisions.
